Born and raised in Orlando, FL, he has over 8 years of massage therapy experience in the Central Florida area. Having worked in various settings, from health spas to doctor’s offices, he honed his skills and understanding of the human body and its ailments. Now, bringing that expertise to his own business and office at Gaviota Wellness he is here to guide you on your path to wellness.
He has developed a strong knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. Certifications in numerous Deep muscular therapies such as neuromuscular PNF, trigger point, deep myofascial release, herniated neck and back as well as active assisted stretch, sports massage, and more. His mission is to educate and even prevent muscular imbalances by bringing maximum relief and elevating well-being through deep neuromuscular massage therapy.
